If you have to cook meatballs or zeppole in the oven, you will certainly find good but not comparable to frying as regards the surface: they will be crispy but not the same way. However, the oil for frying should never exceed 175 °, the same applies to the temperature of the oven if you decide to use it instead of frying. Then arrange the raw food on a dripping pan lined with parchment paper, then season with a little oil where the recipe requires it. Bake in a static preheated oven at 175-180 ° until golden brown. If possible, set the heat from below and above.
